Deadlines

The following are deadlines for 2010 and 2011. Applications must be submitted online by 11:59 PM (PST) the day of the deadline.

Please adhere to the presentation start dates for each respective quarter. Any event that takes place outside of the time frame for the respective quarter will be ruled ineligible. For example, if you are applying for the fourth quarter deadline (presentation start date between December 15th, 2010 and May 3, 2011) and your event begins on December 14th, your application would be disqualified. The first start date for a quarter is the earliest we would be able to issue payment if you were awarded, and so unfortunately, we are not able to make exceptions.

2011

• First Quarter
  February 1, 2011
  (presentation start date: between March 14, 2011 and August 1, 2011)

• Second Quarter
  May 3, 2011
  (presentation start date: between June 15, 2011 and November 3, 2011)
  

• Third Quarter
  August 2, 2011
  (presentation start date: between September 13, 2011 and February 2, 2012)

• Fourth Quarter
  November 1, 2011
  (presentation start date: between December 13, 2011 and May 1, 2012)
